Save Thousands on Church Plans - How it Works

By purchasing church building plans from previous church construction projects, your church will save 50-80% of the cost of working construction drawings when compared to having the plans created from scratch.  For more information on how we are able to save your church so much money on building plans, see the about us page and our FAQ.

Search Church Plans (free search)

From our church plans page, select the category that best describes the size, style or type of building plan for which you are searching, or select all church plans to peruse the entire listing of church plans and plans for Christian education and fellowship halls.

View Church Plans

Scroll through the list of church plans.  When you see a church plan you like, click on the plan thumbnail to view a larger version of the floor plan (as well as a longer description).  The images that you see represent conceptual drawings, sometimes referred to as design-construction drawings.  These conceptual plans provide a dimensioned floor plan of the building and are available for a nominal fee as a high-resolution PDF file that will be sent upon completion of the secure checkout process.

Download Church Plans

After viewing the enlarged image of the floor plan, click the "buy" button to add it to your shopping cart.  Select as many plans as you like into your shopping cart.  Save as much as 30% by purchasing multiple plans.  The plans you download through our shopping cart are obviously not the not the full working drawings, they are concept plans.  Once you have decided on a plan, these concept plans will serve as the basis for discussion on modifying the plan with either your architect or ours. 

Print

Print as many copies of the high resolution concept drawings you purchased and downloaded.  Print one, or print one hundred, each will be as sharp and detailed as the first.

Share

Once you have printed our plans, share them with your leadership, building committee, or even whole congregation.  These plans are a great way to focus your design effort, and can help provide excitement and motivation to your church building committee and congregation.  See our page on using our building plans to understand all the ways that our concept drawings or working drawings can be used by the church.  You may even share these plans with your architect.  Let your architect know that he or the church can purchase the working drawings in AutoCad format so that he does not have to recreate the church plans from scratch.  You will only have to pay your architect for the modifications, not the whole plan.  See our FAQ for more information on using your architect with our plans. 

Purchase Working Drawings

Once you have selected a plan that meets your needs, complete the order form for the working drawings and fax them to us.  The building plans will be placed on a CD or DVD in AutoCad format and shipped within a week.  Like everything else, the  pricing for our working drawings is quite simple.  For building plans under 10,000 sf, the cost is $5,000.  For plans 10,000 sf or greater, the cost is $7,500.

Customize

Once you have the plans and license to use them, the plans will be modified to accommodate changes requested by the church or required by local, state or national codes (they constantly change).  Once the plans have been modified by an architect licensed in your state (either your architect or ours) they may be sent our for bid, sealed and considered working drawings for construction, ready to be submitted to your local building department for approval.
