Church Building Plans
Developing church building plans is a key part of our mission to honor God by providing affordable, value-added church building solutions through education, consulting, cost effective church design, affordable financing, and cost saving construction methods tailored to the unique needs of each church.
A key component of our mission is providing church building plans that will meet the need and budget of your church.
One of the ways to save both time and money on church architectural design is by using digital church building plans from other church building projects that serve as a beginning point for your church building program. Since we have a library of nearly 1,000 church building plans developed over 30 years of church design history, we should be able to find a church plan that, with some customization, will fit your ministry need and budget.

Exterior view (elevation) of a traditional church building plan.
Church Building Plans are comprised of two somewhat independent parts; the elevation, or exterior, and the church floor plan. While the exterior elevation is somewhat defined by the layout of the floor plan, the style of the church building plan can be modified in appearance to meet a particular style in order to complement existing buildings, or to convey by design a message about your church.

The two sample church building plans to the right provide very similar interior design and functionality, but present a completely different face to the world. This demonstrates, to a large degree, we can change the exterior appearance of the church building plan to match your style.
So if you see a church floor plan that you like and meets your needs and budget, but are not excited about the exterior presentation, don’t worry, we can change the exterior presentation (within reason) to make it look however you want it to look.
